No Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds
All services provided are non-refundable. As a professional hairstylist specializing in blondes, I take the utmost care to ensure each client’s service is performed with skill, attention to detail, and in alignment with the agreed-upon consultation. Once a service is rendered, payment is final and non-reversible.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 48 hours from the time of your appointment to contact me regarding any adjustments you may wish to make. Adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only if the concern is directly related to the agreed-upon service during your initial consultation. The stylist reserves the right to deny an adjustment request if it falls outside of what was discussed, agreed upon, or achievable based on your hair history, condition, or realistic expectations.
Please note:

Adjustments are not “re-dos” of an entirely different look or color request.

Any additional changes or services outside the original agreement will be charged accordingly.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction based on personal preference or changes of mind after the service is completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect my time and the time of other clients, the following policy applies:

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your total service cost.

Your $100 non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstance. This deposit secures your appointment time and covers the loss of time and resources should you cancel or reschedule at short notice.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation and charged the applicable cancellation fee in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit.
Chargeback & Dispute Notice
By booking an appointment, you agree to this No Refund & Cancellation Policy. You acknowledge that all services are performed in good faith and require the investment of time, skill, and professional products. Attempting to dispute or reverse a payment (chargeback) after receiving your service is a violation of this agreement. All proof of the service provided, consultation notes, and client communications will be submitted to your bank or credit card company to dispute any fraudulent claims.
